Parent workshops at Warren Junior School are sessions that are delivered by teachers and other school staff that are designed to give parents a greater understanding of what is taught at Warren Junior School and to give parents skills and knowledge to be able to support their children at home.
Sessions will cover a number of areas and sessions planned for this academic year include supporting your children with reading, writing, maths calculations, solving worded problems as well as supporting positive behaviour, an introduction to the Inclusion Support Group, E-Safety and supporting mental health.
If there are other sessions that you think would support you to either help your child or learn more about the school please do not hesitate to contact the school office with you ideas for consideration.
Please see below links to some of the resources shared at these workshops.
Also please note that the workshops for both SAT's preparation and the Year 4 Multiplication Checking Exercise have their own webpages that can be found under the learning tab.

On behalf of the staff, pupils and governors of Furze Infants and Warren Junior School I would like to welcome you to our federation. We are two schools working together under one Governing Body for the benefit of our pupils and the success of the community we live in.
We believe our schools gain from working collaboratively, more importantly, we strive to provide a seamless transition for our pupils between the two schools.
