Inspired to teach?
If you have a degree and would like to become a primary school teacher, then Aspire Education Alliance is here to support and guide you, every step of the way. We offer Initial Teacher Training through School Direct placements, a one-year programme in which candidates undertake on-the-job-training in at least two schools across the school year.
Since Warren Junior School became a Lead School for School Direct, the Alliance has grown to include strategic partners from primary, secondary, special and church schools. We are continuing to build relationships with other education providers. As an Alliance our aim is to respond to local need as well as national need and offer a range of professional development opportunities to all schools. If you have a specific requirement for training or development, or feel there is an area that we could help you with, please contact us.

On behalf of the staff, pupils and governors of Furze Infants and Warren Junior School I would like to welcome you to our federation. We are two schools working together under one Governing Body for the benefit of our pupils and the success of the community we live in.
