Dear parent/guardian, it is with deep sadness and regret that I must inform you our Chair of Governors, Councillor Glenda Paddle, recently passed away.

It was very sudden and a deep shock to our school communities. 

For over 42 years Councillor Paddle served as a Governor on either the Governing Body of Warren Senior School, Warren Junior School or Furze Infants. 

She was very passionate that the pupils of our schools received the best education available. She was very proud of the schools and the successes of the pupils. Our thoughts and condolences are with the family at this time.

Our aim is to help pupils become enthusiastic, independent learners who want to make a positive contribution to their community.

We are committed to working in partnership with parents and carers. We encourage early communication and are able offer a wide range of support to families to ensure our pupils arrive at school ready to learn.

As the Lead School for School Direct we are excited to lead the next generation of enthusiastic new teachers into the profession. We work closely with the wider education community and are constantly seeking to improve and share our practice.
